ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
(Location: Jakarta Barat, Indonesia)
The key focus of this position is to provide office administration support with detail as follows:
- Manage all administrative and documentation support
- Support and administer office administrative policies and procedures
- Office environment management to ensure a safe, neat and clean workplace
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Female
- Minimum S1 (undergraduate) in Business Management or similar. Min IP 3.2
- Fluent in English is a must. Language ability in Mandarin and French would be an advantage.
- At least 1 to 2 years of related working experience for office administration, sales support, order management and shipping document support.
- Ability to work independently under minimum supervision
- Result oriented
- Good knowledge of Shipping procedure.
- Good telephone etiquettes are essential
- Positive working attitude, independency and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint). Statistic skill would be an advantage.
